Clever Living has quickly established a reputation as an industry leader in audio visual solutions since launching in 2003. Working with architects, designers, builders and consultants, Clever Living has delivered cutting-edge solutions for commercial and residential customers.

Husband and wife team Bryan and Lyndall Adams have built the business with the core values of professionalism, attention to detail and expertise to earn a trusted reputation in the Australian AV industry. They have built a team who share these values and plan to continue growing the business to serve their customers across Victoria.

As a single contractor, we offer an integrated solution
With Clever Living there is no need to engage separate contractors. We have years of experience in designing and integrating home solutions for data, security, lighting and blind control, custom automation and audio visual. Many companies can install isolated systems, however it takes a great deal of forethought to integrate many elements successfully, and to provide ongoing long-term client support.

Collaboration services
We work with architects, interior designers, builders, project managers and home owners to create successful design solutions. Our detailed AutoCAD designs can be easily integrated with project CAD drawings which in turn can be presented promptly and easily to clients or for tender.

We provide unbiased solutions and advice
We custom order equipment for each project we design, therefore outcomes are based on optimum solutions and not influenced by stock levels or brands carried. When designing, we take into consideration equipment functionality, reliability, longevity, ease of use and equipment housing. As part of our standard service we provide the little extras free of charge such as joinery design advice, which is an important consideration in preventing audio visual equipment from overheating and failing prematurely. We can assist with arranging subscription services with providers such as Telstra and Foxtel.

Great customer service and support
Client support is an important component of our service and we provide one-on-one unlimited training and assistance for up to 12 months following project completion. We then stay in contact with our clients through ongoing preventative maintenance and support programs where should an unforeseen issue arise, we respond to clients within 24 hours.
